Here's how I work.
Most relationship help is talking. This work happens in the body: touch, timing, and simple structures you can take home and use the same week.
I'm an intimacy and touch expert, a coach, an EMDR therapist and a hypnotherapist. If something old comes up, we work with it there and then.
Therapists come to me too. I've coached many of them.
Talking still matters. I teach a way of talking that doesn't end in a row.

One couple came to me after 23 years without intimacy, on the brink of divorce. Three months later, they went on a second honeymoon.
I won't take on couples where I notice abuse, and I name it straight away. I won't take on couples where one person believes the other is the only one to blame.

Can I come on my own?

How much does it cost?
A Couples VIP Day is £5,000 and The Beginning £8,997. On your own: a half-day VIP £1,500, a full day £3,000, The 3 Month Intensive £5,000. The first 30-minute call is free.
Do you work with same-sex couples?
Yes. I work with straight, same-sex and LGBTQ+ couples.
Is it safe for me if I have trauma?
Yes. I have been working with trauma and the body for the last ten years, and I know it deeply in my own body too. Nothing is forced, and we go at the pace of your body. Saying no, or stop, is usually exactly what's hard, so it becomes part of the work: you get to feel, in your own body, where your yes is and where your no is.
