Does any of this sound familiar?
Read these slowly.
Someone you love reaches for you, and your body steps back before you've decided anything.
The wanting has gone quiet. You miss it more than you say.
Touch feels like one more thing to process, on a body that's already running hot.
You've been told it's just your hormones, as if that's the end of the conversation.
You want MORE, and nobody seems to think that's allowed at your age.

How many of us have wanted touch,
and shrunk anyway?
What changes, and what we do
Your body has changed the terms. We work with the new ones.
Menopause changes what your body can carry in a day. Touch is often one of the first things it recalculates. The step back from a hug is a reflex, and it arrives faster than you can catch it.
So we stop asking your body to work the old way. Touch gets offered in a size it can accept today, with a clear start and a clear end, and we build from there.
If your hormones need looking at, a physician, or I, may suggest testing, for example the DUTCH test. I'm not a doctor, and I'll tell you if something needs one.

What a VIP day feels like
Your whole body, asked part by part.
One part at a time, touched in different ways. You answer as we go.
Green, yes.
Orange, maybe.
Red, stop.
You leave knowing which touch your body answers to now.

"That real sense of being a woman, of actually feeling myself, was missing. Then, after one of Juliette's touch exercises, something flickered back on."
A client, after five years without intimacyWhy Juliette?
Because she's lived it.
Midlife did something to her too. She ticked the boxes. School, work, the house, the children, the marriage. Then a quiet question landed in her chest: is this all there is?

Questions
Can desire come back after menopause?
Mine did. I'm post-menopause and having the best intimacy of my life. Your body has changed the terms, and we work with the new ones.
Is this medical treatment?
No. It's intimacy and touch work. If your hormones need looking at, a physician, or I, may suggest testing, for example the DUTCH test.
Do I need a partner?
No. This is your body and your work, whether you're in a relationship, single or somewhere in between.
Where is it?
In person near Tunbridge Wells, or online wherever you live. Full VIP days can also happen in London.
How much does it cost?
One Touch is £97, a half-day VIP £1,500, a full day £3,000 and The 3 Month Intensive £5,000. The first 30-minute call is free.
Is it safe for me if I have trauma?
Yes. I have been working with trauma and the body for the last ten years, and I know it deeply in my own body too. Nothing is forced, and we go at the pace of your body. Saying no, or stop, is usually exactly what's hard, so it becomes part of the work: you get to feel, in your own body, where your yes is and where your no is.
