One practice a day, most of them under three minutes, none of them sexual. My voice takes you through twenty of them. The app holds the time so neither of you has to watch a clock.
Under a pound a day, for a month that changes what happens between you.
Nobody falls out of love on a particular Tuesday.
Touch quietly stops, and neither of you can say when.
A single good night does not fix that. The way back is a month of small, non-sexual touches that teach the body, slowly and reliably, that the other person is safe. That reaching is worth it. That nothing is being asked of you."Can you teach this?"
My own divorce lawyer asked me that. She had sat across from couples who did not need a settlement. They needed to be shown how to touch each other again. How to have little touch points. How to have fun again.
How to be touched by each other, and by life again.
Couples come to me who have not been intimate in nine months, in five years, in twenty-three years. Almost every one of them wants to book a five-hour session.
I say no.
Their nervous system cannot hold five hours, and their body will do what it has always done, which is leave.
So we do it like this instead. Thirty-one small doses, each one finished on time, each one leading nowhere.
You would injure yourself and you would never go back. You do twenty minutes, you leave while it still feels fine, and you go again.
Every day in here has a time on it, and the time is the mechanism. When your body knows this lasts three minutes and knows nothing follows it, it stops watching the door.
Finishing while it is still good is what makes the body say yes to the next one.

Twenty of the thirty-four pages have my voice on them, taking you through it in real time. Fourteen have a timer built in that keeps the screen awake and chimes softly at the end. Touch Base®, the Landing, the 60-Second Hug and Elbow to Armpit are all in here, alongside practices I usually only teach in a room.
No PDF to lose in a downloads folder. You sign in with your email, today's practice is waiting, and tomorrow's arrives tomorrow. Miss a day and it waits for you.
Twenty of them have my voice on them, so you are not reading instructions. You press play and follow along.
Screenshots, exactly as they arrived on my phone.

For twenty-seven years I have worked with people and their bodies, the last fifteen of them in the room with couples at exactly this impasse, two people finding the patterns that close the door between them, learning how to open it again, who can't understand why trying isn't enough.
But before I was the practitioner in that room, I was the woman on the other side of it. I know what it feels like to stiffen when the man you love reaches for you. To pull away and have no language for why. To perform desire because the real thing felt too far to access.
It took me decades to understand what I was braced against, what I needed and had never been given, and what structure would have changed everything. So I followed my own wound into every room it needed to understand.
Fifteen years ago I started noticing something in almost every couple I worked with, the bedroom had gone quiet, but the real disconnection was happening everywhere else. In the kitchen. On the sofa. In the two seconds after one of them reached out and the other pulled back without quite knowing why.
Safe touch outside the bedroom is where intimacy actually lives. I've spent those years and thousands of client sessions proving that. When the body learns that reaching is safe, that a hand on the back means nothing is being asked of you, everything else begins to shift.
That is why I build these. Not as a path to sex. As a path back to each other.
And yes, physical touch and sexual touch do increase once you start having touch points with each other again.
I did not collect these modalities. I needed them. Every single one.
Structure is not the absence of pain. It is not the absence of loneliness, or the end of spontaneity. Structure teaches the body, slowly, daily, that reaching is worth it. That is what brings intimacy back.
I have been where you are, in all of it, and I came out with my family intact, my children whole, and the man I was married to still one of my closest people. I know what she can't yet tell you. I can translate it.
