Does any of this sound familiar?
Read these slowly.
Your diary runs your life. Touch is one more thing that keeps getting moved.
You're good at everything, except feeling your own body.
You love each other, and you live like roommates.
You've done the therapy and read the books. You understand it all. Your body still braces.
You want MORE, and you don't know how to ask for it.
When you can feel your body, everything else gets easier.

Searching for a sex therapist in London?
Here's how I work.
I'm an intimacy and touch expert, an EMDR therapist and a hypnotherapist. As seen on ITV.
Most of what we do happens in the body, with touch, so things actually shift instead of just making sense. If something old comes up, we work with it there and then.
I have worked with trauma and the body for the last ten years, and I know it deeply in my own body too. Nothing is forced, and we go at the pace of your body.

How to start
Three steps.
A free 30-minute call
We talk about where you are and what you want.
You choose
A full day in London, a half or full day near Tunbridge Wells, online, or three months.
Your day
Before we meet, you fill in a short questionnaire and take the Touch Reset Quiz, so I arrive knowing where you are.

"I came in feeling like I'd forgotten how to feel. I left remembering that feeling it all is my strength."

In their own words
Why Juliette?
Because she's been there.
"I got so good at managing everyone's life yet could not feel my own body."
She trained in what her own body needed, became an EMDR therapist, a hypnotherapist and an intimacy and touch expert, and rebuilt her relationship with touch from the ground up.
Now she helps women, men and couples do the same: feel their own body again, know what they want, and ask for it.

Questions
Do you come to London?
Yes. I come to you in London for full VIP days. We work out the details on your free 30-minute call.
Where else can we meet?
At my own space near Tunbridge Wells, about an hour from London by train, or online wherever you live.
Are you a sex therapist?
I'm an intimacy and touch expert, an EMDR therapist and a hypnotherapist. We work in the body, with touch, so if something old comes up, we can work with it in the moment.
How much does it cost?
A half-day VIP is £1,500, a full day £3,000, a Couples VIP Day £5,000, The 3 Month Intensive £5,000 and The Beginning £8,997. The first 30-minute call is free.
Do we have to undress?
Couples stay clothed, especially the first time. Any genital touch happens over clothes.
Do you work with same-sex couples?
Yes. I work with straight, same-sex and LGBTQ+ couples.
Is it safe for me if I have trauma?
Yes. I have been working with trauma and the body for the last ten years, and I know it deeply in my own body too. Nothing is forced, and we go at the pace of your body. Saying no, or stop, is usually exactly what's hard, so it becomes part of the work: you get to feel, in your own body, where your yes is and where your no is.
Is it confidential?
Completely.
