The Touch Reset · by Juliette Karaman
I teach people how to actually feel touch and sensation, instead of just being touched.
So you can understand what your body is telling you, know what you want, and communicate it.
For women · For men · For couples
Your body has been trying to tell you something for years.
You understood it intellectually. You did the courses, the therapy, the retreats. Still, something hasn't landed.
For so many of the women I work with, that something is a memory the mind put away. A night they never talked about. Sometimes a night they don't remember at all.
The body kept it.
Mine did too. For twenty-five years.

My method
Being touched and actually feeling touch are two different things.
Before we try to fix your sex life, bring back the spark or find another technique, I want to know: What is actually happening in your body when touch and sensation arrive?
That question became my method. I call it The Touch Reset. First, we find two things:
What you tend to do when you're in connection.
What kind of touch and sensation is your way into pleasure.
The Touch Reset
A body that's been through something can't open with nothing to hold on to. So every practice has edges.A start. An end. An anchor. A few words.

Thumb to forefinger. Feel the ridges. "I am safe right now." Two minutes. The anchor that tells your body it's safe again, wherever you are.

Timed touch. You start at three minutes and build to fifteen, then thirty. Your body always knows when it ends, so it can stay.

Timed talk. One prompt from the Cards, held for fifteen minutes, and only three answers: "Thank you." "Clarify that." "Summarise that." So the hard things get said.

Your whole body, mapped. Every part rated green, orange or red, so you know exactly how you're wired, and how to ask for it.
From there, you learn to notice what's actually happening in your body, discover what you want, and communicate it.
Your body becomes a compass you know how to read.

I bring the va-va-voom back into relationships that have gone quiet.
It began twenty-seven years ago, teaching children on the autism spectrum to feel safe in their own skin. The last fifteen years have been couples and trauma work, where the body holds what words cannot reach, and touch becomes the language of restoration.
"I got so good at managing everyone's life yet could not feel my own body."
I built these frameworks from my own journey, not from a textbook.

I take a stand
So many of us have been here, and we quietly wonder why we can't fully receive love.
Read my storyA celebrity couple. Cameras rolling. This is what the work actually looks like, in a real relationship, in a real moment.

Who I work with
Who love each other and have lost the language to reach each other.
Returning to their own sensation, learning to read what their body is doing before their mind decides.
Learning to read what their partner is doing before their mind catches up.
My work
"Juliette offers a type of healing that so few even know is available to them."
"It feels like being loved from the inside out. Juliette knows how to listen to what my body needs to release even better than I can. You must try it!"
"I came believing I was in control."
"I left with a level of clarity I didn't realise I was missing. This changed how I lead, at home and in business."
"Juliette's loving, generous connection has allowed me to see myself in a way I never had before."
"She shines a light on the places I've been hiding, guiding me to uncover my own wisdom. Fiercely loving, she leaves you feeling beautiful, capable, and strong, ready to face the world as your true self."
Wherever touch went quiet, this is the way back. Start on your own, then go as deep as you want. For women and for men.

Five minutes to find your Touch Pattern and your Pleasure Language.
Then the guides, courses and cards to work with them in your own time. For women and for men.

When my sister died, I was meant to write her eulogy. I couldn't.
So I walked through Amsterdam on the phone with my coach, and she asked me the same thing, again and again. What else? What did you hold back? What do you need to tell her?
Underneath the shock of her dying, the grief and the pain of losing her, there was fury. Fury, not at her, but at the situation. The things we always talked about doing together: our sister trips, skiing, our kids' weddings, becoming grandmothers together, all of it.
Underneath the fury was acceptance. That future we'd pictured was never going to come.
Fifteen minutes on one prompt got me there. I call it clearing the pipes.
I used Touch Base and the Cards with my mother as she was dying. I use them with every client. It's how people go from feeling nothing to feeling again.
Still following the breadcrumbs.
