10 non-sexual rituals that bring you more connection, and connection always leads to more intimacy.
The way in is through non-sexual touch.
“We still love each other.”
“We just don't touch anymore. A peck on the cheek before bed. A hand on the shoulder that doesn't linger.”
“We've become roommates who happen to sleep in the same bed.”

Safe touch outside the bedroom is where intimacy actually lives.
That's why I built these rituals.
As a path back to each other.
The worst part? You're tired of trying. Date nights that feel forced. Sex scheduled like a meeting. Reaching for each other and getting nothing back. Again.
The nervous system does not open on demand. It opens on repetition.
You were taught that real desire arrives on its own, that if you have to plan it, it is not real. That belief has cost more relationships than almost anything else I see in this work.
A nervous system does not know the difference between spontaneous and safe. It only knows what has been repeated. Reach for someone with no structure around it, and their body has to decide, right then, whether this means something is being asked of them. Most bodies say no quietly, with a flinch neither of you can name.
Reach the same small way, at roughly the same time, for ten days running, and the decision disappears before it starts. These ten rituals are that repetition, the structure your nervous systems can finally stop bracing against.
This is for the two of you if that is where you are: still wanting it, still trying, just missing the structure that makes reaching feel safe again.
Do the rituals together, or start alone and bring it home. Both work.
It is not for a crisis that needs a therapist this week, and it was not built to repair infidelity or active harm.
This is coming back. To sensation. To safety. To each other.
Most couples don't fall out of love.
They fall out of touch.
"After 35 years as a hands-on therapist, these rituals brought my wife and I closer in her menopause. The intention behind them is key."
Andy, hands-on therapist, 35 years
"My wife and I started with these after I'd seen a few of your videos. We forgot a few times, then picked up again. They are so simple, but they brought real connection. I liked the cards and system so much I bought those too. Now that's something we do every week."
Deepak
"I loved doing these with Tom for 2 weeks. Every day brought us closer with a simple to-do ritual. We now make sure we physically touch every day, even if it is just for a minute. (Yes, it has led to so much more connection in the bedroom too!)"

For twenty-seven years I have worked with people and their bodies, the last fifteen of them in the room with women and couples at exactly this impasse, people finding the patterns that close the door to touch, aliveness and connection, learning how to open it again, who can't understand why trying isn't enough.
But before I was the practitioner in that room, I was the woman on the other side of it. I know what it feels like to stiffen when the man you love reaches for you. To pull away and have no language for why. To perform desire because the real thing felt too far to access.
It took me decades to understand what I was braced against, what I needed and had never been given, and what structure would have changed everything. So I followed my own wound into every room it needed to understand.
Fifteen years ago I started noticing something in almost every couple I worked with, the bedroom had gone quiet, but the real disconnection was happening everywhere else. In the kitchen. On the sofa. In the two seconds after one of them reached out and the other pulled back without quite knowing why.
Safe touch outside the bedroom is where intimacy actually lives. I've spent those years and thousands of client sessions proving that. When the nervous system learns that reaching is safe, that a hand on the back means nothing is being asked of you, everything else begins to shift.
That's why I built these rituals. Not as a path to sex. As a path back to each other.
I did not collect these modalities. I needed them. Every single one.
I have been where you are, in all of it, and I came out with my family intact, my children whole, and the man I was married to still one of my closest people.
I know what she can't yet tell you. I can translate it.
