Where you are, and where you'll be

From "Is this it?" to "This. More like this."

Right now

  • "I feel nothing when he touches me."
  • "Why do I get irritated when he reaches for me?"
  • "I'm not depressed. I'm just flat."
  • "Am I ever going to want sex again?"
  • "I love him, but there's no passion."
  • "I miss me."

At the end of 12 weeks

  • You know what lights you up.
  • You know what has you go quiet.
  • You know your yes, and your no.
  • You know what turns you on, and what turns you off.
  • You can ask for what you actually want.
  • Your body is a compass you know how to read.
Who it's for

Three women. One thing in common.

Hands with a gold bracelet holding a copper sequin scarf

Her body braces.

He reaches, and something in her closes before she's decided anything at all.

Juliette on a sofa in a floral dress, looking away, thoughtful

The wanting faded.

Nothing's wrong exactly. It just went quiet, and she can't remember when.

A woman in a floral lace corset holding a glass of white wine

It's good. She wants more.

She knows there's another level to her pleasure, and she's ready to find it.

Three different lives. Each of them is waiting to be activated.

You don't need the same story as anyone else in the group. You don't need to be in a relationship. You don't even need to know exactly what's wrong.

If one of those sentences is yours

None of it is a life sentence.

Is this normal?

A woman came up to me and said, "I feel I'm frigid."

At two of my speaking events, four more came up to me after I took the room through a touch practice on the wrist. "I can't feel anything on the inside of my wrist." Then another: "I can't feel very much of my partner anymore either. Is this normal?"

So yes, it's normal. Your body hasn't gone anywhere.

It's waiting for the right kind of attention.

How the 12 weeks work

Four parts. One body, yours.

01

Recognise

What is my body already doing?

You'll learn how to:

  • Notice what your body does around touch: the bracing, the performing, the pulling away
  • Catch those moments earlier, with Touch Base, Dyads and the half-second gap
  • Slow down enough to feel what is actually happening
02

Discern

Is this my truth, or my pattern?

You'll learn how to:

  • Tell a genuine no from an old protective pattern
  • Look underneath, at the beliefs and shame around your body, sex, pleasure and what you're allowed to want
  • Use tools from EMDR and hypnotherapy, where they help
03

Discover

What actually feels good to me?

You'll learn how to:

  • Find your Touch Language and your Pleasure Language
  • Build your Touch Map, one part of your body at a time
  • Know what lights you up, and what you've been putting up with
04

Ask & Receive

Can I bring this into intimacy?

You'll learn how to:

  • Ask for what you want, out loud
  • Receive, adjust, say yes, say no, and change your mind
  • Practise with a partner through touch dates, or on your own

What's inside

Made to be lived, not completed.

One live call with me, every week

We explore that week's focus, practise together, and work with what's actually coming up for you. Camera on or off.

Small daily practices

A few minutes at a time, in real life. Never another two-hour lesson to watch.

The women's group, between calls

Somewhere to bring the reactions, the questions and the "oh, that's what I've been doing" moments as they happen.

Tools you keep for life

Touch Base, Dyads, touch dates, self-touch practices, touch menus and prompts. Yours to use whenever you need them.

Pleasure is bigger than sex.

For some women, it's more desire, better sex, deeper orgasms.

For others, it starts with simply enjoying being touched again.

Maybe you don't want less.
Maybe you want different.

Until one day you hear yourself say:

"This. More like this."

Ready to feel turned on again?

Before you decide

Questions you might have.

Do I need a partner?

No. It begins with your relationship with your own body. If you have a partner, they don't need to join. There are practices you can choose to explore together, and their taking part is never required.

What if I have a history of trauma?

I have been working with trauma and the body for the last 10 years, and I experience it deeply myself. This is designed to meet you where you are. You will never be asked to push through a no, override your body's response or share anything you don't want to share. You choose your pace, your boundaries and what you take part in. It's a group programme, and it doesn't replace individual therapy or medical care.

What if I'm nervous about being seen?

Most women are, at the start. Camera on or off, your choice, and you choose how much you share. The group goes gently, a little more each week.

"In the beginning I didn't want to be visible at all, but then it got easier and easier due to being supported throughout… the pace of the exercises were good because they gradually asked a little more of us each time."Denise Stewart · 30-day women's group

"I am now OK in group situations and don't think others are out to get me."Claire B

How much time will it take?

About two hours a week at most, the live call included. Every call is recorded, so you can always catch up.

How much is it?

There are a few ways to pay, and we go through them on your Touch Reset Call, once we both know this is right for you.

Before then, ask yourself: what would it be worth to you to feel turned on in your own body again, for good?
