Feel Fully You is the practice of Juliette Karaman, operated by Pleasure By Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect through feelfullyyou.com and our programmes, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle your information under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
Information you give us. Your name and email address when you download a free resource, join the email list, buy a product or programme, or book a session. If you book a call, your booking details and anything you choose to share in intake questions. If you message us by email or social media, the content of that message.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our systems. We receive confirmation of the payment, your name, email and what you bought.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
We use your information to deliver what you bought or requested, send you the emails you signed up for, respond to your messages, run our programmes and events, and meet our legal obligations such as tax record keeping. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the practice.
Email marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. One click ends them. Transactional emails, such as receipts and access details for something you bought, are sent regardless because you need them.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who run parts of the practice for us: Kit (email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), TidyCal (bookings), Netlify (website hosting), ManyChat (Instagram message automation), Zoom (online sessions) and Google Workspace (email and documents). Each processes your data under its own contractual and legal safeguards. Some providers are outside the UK; where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and where visitors come from. It uses cookies and collects usage data in aggregate; it does not show us who you are, and Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site. This site sets no advertising cookies. Embedded content, such as videos, may set its own cookies governed by that provider's policy.
What you share inside sessions, programmes and private messages is held in strict confidence. We do not publish testimonials, stories or session details without written permission. The only exceptions are those required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.
We keep your information only as long as we need it: client records for the duration of our work together plus the period required for legal and insurance purposes, financial records for six years as required by HMRC, and email list data until you unsubscribe.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will act on your request within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site and our services are for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a fresh effective date. Questions about your data can go to support@feelfullyyou.com.
